Malpot (Land Revenue Office) Rate of Land in Nepal 2079-2080

 



Land Revenue Offices (Malpot Karyalaya) under Department of Land Reform and Management (DOLRM), Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Government of Nepal across the country have published the new valuation of land for the fiscal year 2079/2080.

The Land Revenue Offices( Malpot karyalaya) across the country have evaluated the land and published the land value through the committee appointed by the land office for the year 2079/2080 in accordance with the provisions of the Land Act, 2034.

There are 9 Land Revenue Offices in three districts of the valley. Out of 9, there are only 6 land revenue offices in Kathmandu, 2 in Lalitpur, and one in Bhaktapur. Among the land revenue offices in the valley, 4 land revenue offices have not increased the price of land in the current fiscal year, while the remaining 5 land revenue offices have increased the land prices in different locations.

The Chabahil, Dillibazar, Tokha, and Manmaiju Land Revenue Offices have continued the same valuation of last year in the current fiscal year. The Kalanki, Sankhu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur Malpot offices have increased prices. These offices have increased the price from a minimum of 3 thousand to a maximum of 9 Lakh.
