Land Revenue Offices (Malpot Karyalaya), the Department of Land Reform and Management (DOLRM), and the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation of the Government of Nepal have published the new land valuation for fiscal year 2080/ 2081.
The
Land Revenue Office shall be responsible for the registration of land
within the district and shall have the power to recover land revenue.
There are 9 Land Revenue Offices in three districts of the valley. Out
of 9, there are only 6 land revenue offices in Kathmandu, 2 in Lalitpur,
and one in Bhaktapur.
