Office (Malpot Office) Sankhu, Kathmandu has published the new minimum land
valuation for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Sakhu Malpot Office has raised the price of lands under its jurisdiction, which includes Alapot, Indrayani, Gagalfedi, Danchi, Thali, Nayapati, Nanglebhare, Pushulachi, Bhadrawas, Lapsifedi, Salkha, Suntol, and Sundarijal, as well as some parts of Kageshwari Manohara and Gokarneshwar Municipalities.
