Nepal Land & Housing and Construction Expo 2026 will be held at
Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu from September 17 to 20, with a focus on
sustainable urbanisation and developments in the housing and construction
industries. The grand event is jointly organized by Nepal Land & Housing
Developers Association (NLHDA), Nepal Land and Housing Developers’ Federation
(NLHDF) and Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC).
The four-day expo will
be jointly organised by the Nepal Land and Housing Developers’ Association
(NLHDA) and the Nepal Land and Housing Developers’ Federation (NLHDF) under
the theme, ‘Safe housing, the right of every citizen’.
According to
the organisers, all of the expo’s more than 100 stalls have been booked by
exhibitors from Nepal and neighbouring India. The ninth edition of the expo
will feature apartments, land development projects and products including
cement, steel, timber, glass, paints, sanitary ware, electrical appliances,
solar energy systems and waste-management solutions. Kunwar said housing
options priced at around Rs 14 million would also be presented to
consumers.
Experts will offer free consultations on
earthquake-resistant building construction and Vastu Shastra during the
exhibition. Seminars involving policymakers, government officials, engineers
and architects will cover climate change, disaster-resilient infrastructure,
safe settlement revitalisation and public-private partnerships.
