Position: Sales In-charge (Sales Assistant)

Specification
> Education: BBA/BBS Pass
> Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
> Driving License: Valid Driving License of two-wheeler

> Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
> Good business sense and professional & progressive attitude
> Ability to co-ordinate with team and related internal functions
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali
> Ability to work independently and under pressure  
> Must have good command in MS Office applications

Job Description
> To achieve the sales target given by one’s  supervisor by visiting/touring the assigned territory
> Meeting with dealers and influencers to promote the Company products
> Timely collection of  the payments from the dealers as per Company policy
> Depositing payments received from dealers in the same day or next day on the early morning to cashier/assigned staff  of the company
> Conducting retail audit to assess the market  potentiality of the products and competitors product sales
> Issuing  official receipts in chronological order  to the dealer with their signature in the customers receipt  space
> Handing over the used  receipts pad to the proper staff and getting new receipts pad with proper signature from the proper staff
> Delivering monthly customer statements and get confirmation from them for every Qtr end
> Sales order  booking and put forward the same  for approval from supervisor
> Designing  and planning the promotional activities requirement (painter meet, contractor meet etc) in the territory
> Upgrading dealers about new products
> Organizing sales supervisor/ depot head/Sales manager/ General Manager's  visit in the T/y
> Get information of competition activity and report to supervisor
> Distributing sales tools to the dealer.
> Attending and closing  the customers complaints in the line with CCMS guidelines
> Distributing and explaining the monthly and additional scheme to the dealers.
